CGS International Nearly Doubles MI Technovation’s Target Price After 3Q Earnings Beat
StockTipRatings ·
CGS International analyst Dharmini Thuraisingam sharply raised Mi Technovation’s target price to RM4.15 from RM2.20, implying a 35% upside. The revision followed the company’s stronger-than-expected 3Q25 results, where core net profit rose to RM31.8m (+50% yoy, +24% qoq), driven by record sales volume, an improved product mix, and stable cost controls that delivered strong economies of scale.
Looking ahead, Dharmini expects momentum to extend into FY26 as both the Equipment and Materials segments benefit from accelerated order pull-ins and AI-driven replacement cycles. Management also guided for strong growth across both divisions. She maintained an Add rating on the company.
As of 10:00 a.m. on November 18, Mi Technovation's share price dropped 1.6% to RM3.03.
